International Petroleum Consultancy Centre maintains the Website (“”). The following are the terms of Course booking, cancellation and refunds.


Course bookings must be send 10 days prior to the course start date via email at, courses dates are mentioned in the course flyer at Upon receiving of course booking IPC representative shell confirm booking via return email. Once booking is completed and agreed on the mode of payments, invoice will be issued and send to the clients for payments.


Course booking can be cancelled upon request at least 2 days before the course Commencement date, at the first day of course Commencement date final invoice will be issued, once invoice is issued cannot be cancelled and no refund is possible. For the cancellation of the course Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days.


Upon the course cancellation request with in the time period mentioned for course cancellation you will be eligible to get 100% refund of your payments.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once the course commence no cancellation can be made and there will be no refund.
